The best location to meet
The best location to meet is right outside the entrance of the Tidal Basin Boathouse where the swan paddle boats are. Crowds form early, and it becomes difficult to maneuver around by 9:00 AM. You will have lots of opportunities among the beautiful low hanging cherry blossom branches all along the way. The petals are beautiful on the ground below the trees. Be sure and capture the beautiful reflections from the monuments on the water.
